Shanghai Huayang Maritime Tech Co.,Ltd, based in Shanghai, is a owned subsidiary of HuaYang Maritime Center which belongs to China Ministry of Transport. The company consists of 12 departments including Secretary dept, Financial dept, Crew dept, Certificates dept, Training dept etc. 52 experienced professionals formed our administrative team, 60% them once worked onboard merchant ships, luxury cruise ships or offshore projects, 11 of them are senior captains and chief engineers and 40 of them possess colldge degree or avove. At present, we have a steady team with scientific management.
